Domestic abuse is experienced by one in four women and one in six men at some point in their lifetime. It is therefore very likely that all workplaces will have employees that have experienced or are experiencing some form of domestic abuse – whether or not you are aware of it.

Just amend it with your own branding and company details. By having a policy and communicating it effectively, you are sending a message to any employee who is experiencing abuse that they can come to you for help if they need it.
