Many of her roles have involved transforming HR teams and developing effective HR solutions and policy. Gemma has an MA in Employment Law and Industrial Relations from Keele University and is also a qualified mediator and coach.

His aim is to help organisations find practical and real-world solutions to their people needs, providing pragmatic advice and support whilst retaining a focus on the “human” aspect of Human Resources.
